An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Bootstrapping PR: Speaking at the Web Innovators Group Sept. 29

September 28 0 Comments Category: Startups

Early-stage startups need to spend every cent they have on product development—but at a certain point, they also need to get the word out about what they’re doing. I’ll be speaking on a panel this Tuesday night about exactly how technology entrepeneurs can reach out to journalists without having to call in an expensive public relations firm. Called “An Entrepreneur’s Guide to Bootstrapping PR,” it’s a special supplement to the September 29 edition of the Web Innovators Group, a great Cambridge meetup sponsored by David Beisel of local venture firm Venrock.

Scott Kirsner of the Boston Globe, Peter Kafka from the Wall Street Journal’s AllThingsD blog, and Bob Brown from Network World will also be on the panel, which is being moderated by Mike Troiano, himself a serial entrepreneur. I hope to see you there!
